The Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester (URMC), in Rochester, NY, is seeking an additional full- or part-time, onsite radiologist to join the musculoskeletal division.
The Department of Imaging Sciences is seeking an ABR certified/eligible radiologist to join the division of Musculoskeletal Radiology. We are the only Level 1 trauma center within the Rochester region. The Division of Musculoskeletal imaging is primarily centered at the new Advanced Orthopedics Center, which is located in the repurposed Marketplace Mall. The center includes both an advanced imaging center (CT, MRI, US), ambulatory surgery, physical therapy, and a soon to open state-of-the-art outpatient Orthopedics clinical tower.
The Department of Imaging Sciences is at the forefront of diagnostic imaging technologies and is equipped with dual-energy CT, PET/MRI, and equipment across the enterprise. Our Musculoskeletal Division offers a wide range of diagnostic services and image-guided procedures. We provide interpretation of 100% subspecialty MSK radiology using the latest technology in Bone Densitometry, Fluoroscopy, Radiography, Conventional CT, Cone Beam CT, Dual Energy CT, MRI and US. Our experienced MSK radiologists also perform and supervise fluoroscopic, and ultrasound guided joint injections, joint aspirations, and CT and MRI arthrography. We collaborate closely with our Orthopedic Department, as well as our Pathology and Rheumatology Departments. We hold interdepartmental conferences and tumor boards regularly. Our faculty are also actively engaged in the education of medical students, diagnostic radiology residents, orthopedic residents, and musculoskeletal fellows. Our department is committed to engaging academic radiologists who are remote from the Rochester area.
Candidates must have or be able to obtain a New York State Medical License, be fellowship-trained or equivalent experience, and will actively participate in performing procedures (if onsite), teaching, research, and service.

Annual Salary $453,900 - $494,700
